ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its April 27, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is granted only on the issue whether the Petitioner was unconstitutionally shackled during trial and this case is remanded to the Court of Appeals Division II for reconsideration in light of State of Washington v. John W. Jackson, Sr., 195 Wn.2d 841, 467 P.3d 97 (2020). The Petitioner's motion for appointment of counsel is also granted.
