STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DWAYNE JASPER ALLRIDGE


In Re: Dwayne Jasper Allridge, applying for supervisory writs, 32nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Terrebonne, No. 602,173.

BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's ruling denying relators motion for enforcement of his signed guilty plea agreement is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for a hearing on the motion, specifically addressing the conflict between relator's sentence as set forth at the guilty plea hearing, and relator's sentence as set forth in the written guilty plea agreement signed by relator and the trial court.
