Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and reckless driving, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, geographical area number seven, and tried to the court, Stengel, J.; judgment of guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
