ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-001141-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issue of whether defendant’s statement was obtained in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966) ; and it is further ORDERED that the appellant may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief on or before April 27, 2020, and respondent may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant’s supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before May 27, 2020.
