Petitioner/Defendant-Appellant Richard Louis Adam having filed a February 15, 2002 motion for reconsideration of the January 28, 2002 order dismissing writ of certiorari, and there being no reconsideration on a writ of certiorari, see HRAP Rule 40.1(h) ("Neither acceptance nor rejection of an application for a writ of certiorari shall be subject to a motion for reconsideration . . .. The rejection of an application for certiorari shall be final."),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.
