The applicant, Clifford Abshire, III, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's January 3, 2023, ruling denying his motion to terminate his lifetime supervision; the trial court's March 13, 2023, ruling denying his motion for re-hearing; and the trial court's April 25, 2023, ruling denying his request for production of hearing transcripts.

Abshire's request for oral argument is denied. On the showing made, the writ is denied. However, Abshire remains free to file a request with the district clerk of court under the Public Records Act, La. R.S. 44:3, et seq., to obtain the transcripts he seeks for a fee. La. R.S. 44:31 and 44:32.
