In re Knox, Anthony B.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of mandamus; supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of West Baton Rouge, 18th Judicial District Court, Div. "C", No. 64-685.


The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on an application for post conviction relief he had filed on or about March 9, 1986. If relator's representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the application.
