Proceedings stayed without security until the first motion day of the October term. — Motion for stay. —


If the sale of this property is stayed until Justice Stiner has fixed the amount necessary to be paid for redemption and until the receiver shall have an opportunity to pay that amount, the rights of all parties will be preserved. To that end the proceedings are stayed without security until the first motion day of the October term.
