ORDER

The motion to show cause Court Reporter Laurie Jefferson (R 6909) is GRANTED. Court Reporter Jefferson hereby is ordered to SHOW CAUSE why the notice of filing transcript for hearing date November 4, 2022, has not been properly filed in 22-009479-CZ, despite repeated requests.

If a copy of the notice of filing transcript in 22-009479-CZ is not filed with the Clerk's Office of the Court of Appeals by June 30, 2023, Court Reporter Jefferson and a supervisor shall appear before the Court of Appeals in its courtroom on the 14th floor of Cadillac Place, 3020 West Grand Boulevard, Detroit, on July 10, 2023, at 10 a.m. to explain why said transcript was not filed in the proper circuit court file and to further explain why the reporter is not in contempt of this Court. The Clerk of the Court is directed to arrange remote participation upon request.

The motion to extend time to file the transcript is GRANTED to June 30, 2023.

A copy of this order will be transmitted to Third Judicial Circuit Court Chief Judge Patricia P. Fresard; Third Judicial Circuit Court Civil Division Presiding Judge Leslie Kim Smith; Judge Susan Hubbard; Robin Clear, SCAO; and Third Judicial Circuit Court Director, Case Processing and Court Reporting Services Tammi Palmer.
