Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Donald W. Celotto, state trial referee, granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment; thereafter, the court rendered judgment of foreclosure by sale, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
