¶ 0 ORDER OF EMERGENCY INTERIM SUSPENSION
¶ 1 The Complainant having filed an Application for Order of Emergency Interim Suspension of the Respondent's license to practice law, pursuant to Rule 6, Rule 6.2A and Rule 10, Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, Title 5, Ch. 1, App. 1-A, the matter was referred to the Professional Responsibility Tribunal for hearing. The Professional Responsibility Tribunal filed a report with this Court recommending that the order of emergency interim suspension be entered. We have reviewed the record in its entirety and have entered an order finding the evidence sufficient to support the application and temporarily suspending the Respondent's licence to practice law until further order of the Court.
¶ 2 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT the license of the Respondent to practice law in Oklahoma is immediately suspended until further order of this Court.
¶ 3 DONE BY ORDER OF THE SUPREME COURT IN CONFERENCE THIS 30 TH DAY OF MAY, 2000.
