Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement dated July 13, 2001, between Plaintiff State of New Mexico ( New Mexico ) and Defendant Microsoft Corporation ( Microsoft ), New Mexico and Microsoft have stipulated and agreed to the dismissal of all the claims asserted against Microsoft by New Mexico in the Plaintiff States First Amended Complaint, dated July 17, 2001. Accordingly, it is this 9th day of October, 2001, hereby

ORDERED that the stipulation is APPROVED and the claims asserted by New Mexico against Microsoft are DISMISSED.
