ORDER


This matter having come before the Court and the Court being fully advised of the premises, it is, this, 31 day of March, 2003, hereby

ORDERED that Microsoft's Agreed Motion to Seal Certain Exhibits to its Opposition to Massachusetts's and West Virginia's Motion for Attorneys Fees and Expenses is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Exhibits 11, 12 and 14 to Microsoft's Opposition to Massachusetts's and West Virginia's Motion for Attorneys Fees and Expenses shall be placed under seal.

SO ORDERED.
