In re Gerald Hickerson, through the State of Louisiana, applying for writs of certiorari and review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 14529.


Writ denied. Order previously issued by this Court recalled. Judgment of the Family Court ordering relator to be committed to the custody of the Louisiana Department of Corrections is reinstated. See State of Louisiana in the Interest of Kenneth Banks, 402 So.2d 690 (La., 1981).

DENNIS, J., would grant the writ.
