For the reasons this day handed down in Darouse, et al. v. Mamon, et al., Number 7168, on the docket of this Court, 201 So.2d 362, the answer filed by Andrew Mamon to the appeal herein taken by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is rejected and dismissed at said Mamon's cost.

Answer to appeal dismissed.
