Before the Court is appellee's April 29, 2024 third unopposed motion for extension of time to file his brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than June 7, 2024.
We caution appellee that further extensions will not be granted absent exigent circumstances and failure to file the brief by June 7, 2024 may result in this appeal being submitted without appellee's brief. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1).
