PER CURIAM.
Pursuant to Appellee's confession of error based on MRI Associates of Tampa, Inc. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance , 46 Fla. L. Weekly S379 (Fla. Dec. 9, 2021), reh'g denied , No. SC18-1390, 2022 WL 168291 (Fla. Jan. 19, 2022), and our own review of the record, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
