State Farm Insurance Company v. Ondis

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Mar 27, 2006
924 So. 2d 920 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2006)

Opinion

No. 1D06-0232.

March 27, 2006.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County. R.V. Swanson, Judge.

Guy E. Burnette, Jr., Tallahassee; Elizabeth K. Russo, Russo Appellate Firm, Miami, for Appellant.

J. Phillip Warren, McKenzie, Taylor Zarzaur, Pensacola, for Appellees.

Upon consideration of the appellant's response to the Court's order of February 1, 2006, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not final because the claims for "other covered losses," which remain pending in the lower tribunal at this time, appear to be related to the claim resolved by the order on appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

VAN NORTWICK, LEWIS and POLSTON, JJ., Concur.
