State Farm Florida Ins. Co. v. Chang

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 3, 2006
927 So. 2d 229 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2006)

Opinion

No. 1D06-0628.

May 3, 2006.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County. R.V. Swanson, Judge.

Guy E. Burnette, Jr., Tallahassee; Elizabeth K. Russo, Miami, for Appellant.

Robert M. Loehr, Pensacola; William F. Merlin, Jr., Tampa, for Appellees.

Upon consideration of appellant's response to the Court's order of March 1, 2006, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not final because the claims for losses under "other coverages" of the policy, which remain pending in the lower tribunal at this time, appear to be related to the claim resolved by the order on appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

WEBSTER, DAVIS, and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
