Prohibition — Writ not substitute for error proceedings — Temporary injunction against sheriff's sale on foreign execution.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Butler county.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of State, ex rel. Carmody, v. Justice, Judge, 114 Ohio St. 94, and Silliman v. Court of Common Pleas of Williams County, 126 Ohio St. 338.

Judgment affirmed.
