Original action by the State of Indiana on the relation of Frederick Van Nuys against the Circuit Court of Lake County and others for a writ of prohibition to prohibit the respondent courts, and the judges thereof, from assuming jurisdiction in election recount proceedings involving the election of a United States Senator. Temporary writ made permanent.
