Supreme Court — Dismissals — No final order in the Court of Appeals — Sustaining motion to strike amended petition from files.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Hamilton county.

It is ordered and adjudged that said petition in error be, and the same hereby is, dismissed for the reason that the sustaining of the motion to strike the amended petition from the files is not a final order or judgment from which error proceedings may be prosecuted.

Petition in error dismissed.
