Original application for writ of supervisory control directed to the district court of the Eighteenth Judicial District in and for Hill county, and R.M. Hattersley, Judge presiding, to review a judgment entered in a cause entitled State ex rel. E. Sandquist v. W.B. Rogers, as Mayor of the city of Havre, Montana, directing defendant to sign certain warrants payable to said Sandquist as salary as city engineer of said city. Writ denied.
