DECISION AND JUDGMENT
The Petitioner, Arturo Ragler, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus with this court on February 18, 2020. Based upon the petition, it appears the petitioner's final parole revocation hearing was held on November 13, 2019. He was thereafter transferred to DOCCS custody on November 22, 2019 and then later arrived at the Willard Drug Treatment Program here in Seneca County.
The Court sent a letter dated February 18, 2020, requesting additional information including but not limited to a copy of the mandate forming the basis for his placement at the Willard Drug Treatment Program. As of this date, the Petitioner has failed to reply to the court's inquiry. Petitioner was subsequently released from the Willard Program on March 10, 2020. This was confirmed by electronic correspondence with Inmate Records, Willard Drug Treatment Campus.
Based upon the foregoing, there is no further relief this Court could grant the Petitioner and accordingly, the issue has been rendered moot. The petition is in all respects denied and dismissed as moot, without any additional costs beyond the initial filing fees.
