MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

In Mandamus. Sua sponte, the following schedule is set for filing of the answer, briefs, and evidence: Respondents shall file an answer to the complaint by Friday, March 5, 2021; relator shall file a brief and evidence no later than Monday, March 8, 2021, by 12:00 p.m.; respondents shall file their brief and evidence no later than Wednesday, March 10, 2021, by 12:00 p.m.; and relator shall file a reply brief no later than Thursday, March 11, 2021, by 12:00 p.m. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
