Original application for writ of certiorari directing respondent District Court of Mineral County and Albert Besancon, Judge thereof, to certify to the supreme court a transcript of all records in the case of State v. Lui Salina, tried without a jury on March 15, 1943, a jury having been expressly waived by both parties, on appeal from a justice court, defendant being charged with a misdemeanor in buying furs without a license, for review by this court to the end that the findings and conclusions of respondent court and judge made on April 23, 1943, may be annulled as having been made without jurisdiction.
