       ORDER

       Upon consideration of the petition filed by Claimant-Appellant, Precision Chipper Corporation in this matter for a writ of certiorari to review the order of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and upon consideration of the petition filed by Claimant-Appellant for Writ of Supersedeas and Temporary Stay of the order of the Court of Appeals in this matter, the following order was entered and is hereby certified to the North Carolina Court of Appeals:

Temporary stay of the order of the Court of Appeals which denied continued confidentiality of the records in the case while on appeal is allowed pending this Court's consideration of Claimant-Appellant's petitions for supersedeas and for writ of certiorari. Any documents filed during the pendency of this order shall be filed under seal. By order of the Court in conference, this the 12th day of January, 1990.
