MISCELLANEOUS DISMISSALS.

In Procedendo. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of procedendo.

Upon consideration of relator's application for dismissal, it is ordered by the court that the application for dismissal is granted. Accordingly, this cause is dismissed.


ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS.

Proposed Rule 36.02 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio and Appendix I thereto (specialized dockets and specialized docket standards) have been published for public comment in the February 7, 2011 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
