Not considered. La.Rev.Stat. 15:574.11 provides that venue for an action contesting parole board action is in the Parish of East Baton Rouge. Relator should assert his complaints regarding his parole hearing in a petition to the 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge.
