In re Robert Johnson, applying for writ of habeas corpus, certiorari, and remedial writs. Parish of West Feliciana. No. 1-75-58.


Writ granted. The district court is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the issues presented by relator's petition with respect to whether he knowingly and intelligently waived his right against compulsory self incrimination in entering his guilty plea.
