In re: Joseph C. James applying for writs of habeas corpus, certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus.


Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of our jurisdiction.

TATE, J., concurs on the basis of the trial court's statement in his reasons for ruling on the present application that the defendant had executed a pre-arraignment statement in which he had been offered and refused counsel, although such pre-arraignment statement is not included in the application before us.
