We have been advised that this matter has been amicably resolved and the parties have stipulated to the dismissal of this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed with prejudice as to the claims asserted in this action by plaintiff appellant Health Choice Advisory, LLC against defendants-respondents Shire PLC, Baxter International, Inc., Baxalta Incorporated, and Viropharma, Inc. and without costs to any party. In accordance with the parties' stipulation of dismissal, the dismissal of this appeal is without prejudice as to any claims the State of New Jersey could have asserted or can assert against defendants-respondents. Dismissed.
