In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in State of Illinois, ex rel., Edelweiss Fund, LLC, v. JPMorgan Chase & Company, et al., case No. 01-19-0961 (07/11/19), denying appellants' Rule 308 application for leave to appeal. The appellate court is directed to allow the application for leave to appeal, and to answer the question certified by the Circuit Court of Cook County.
