Action by the State of Indiana, on the relation of the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Indiana, against Rosalie A. Neff, and others. From a judgment for defendants, plaintiff appealed. (Transferred from the Appellate Court under § 4-209, Burns' 1933, § 1364, Baldwin's 1934.)

Affirmed.
