This matter is before the court sua sponte. On January 5, 2001, this court issued an alternative writ ordering respondent to rule on relator's "post conviction reconsideration." Finding that respondent issued a ruling on January 16, 2001, relator's writ is rendered moot and is denied. Court costs assessed to relator.

WRIT DENIED.
