In re: Atenis Chapman applying for Writ of Mandamus.


Writ denied. Relator is not entitled to the trial transcript to search for error for the purpose of post-conviction relief.

SUMMERS, J., while concurring with the denial of writ, expresses the opinion that the records of this Court cannot be delivered to inmates of Angola. An attorney appointed to represent the convicted inmate or counsel of his choice may have access to the records in the office of the Clerk of this Court.

DIXON CALOGERO, JJ., are of the opinion that one of the duplicate records in this case should be transmitted to the administrator of the penitentiary for use by the inmate-applicant.
