State ex Rel. Bologna v. Freckleton

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jun 30, 1992
184 A.D.2d 485 (N.Y. App. Div. 1992)

Opinion

June 30, 1992

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Brenda Soloff, J.).

The court's denial of bail was not an abuse of discretion, ample evidence having been adduced indicating petitioner's propensity to flee the jurisdiction (CPL 510.30 [a]). Accordingly, petitioner should remain on remand status.

Concur — Milonas, J.P., Wallach, Kupferman and Smith, JJ.
