MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from an order renewing inpatient commitment entered under Code of Criminal Procedure article 46C.261 signed November 15, 2018. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. arts. 46C.262, 46C.270(b). On October 28, 2020, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). The motion is granted.

We dismiss the appeal.
