Petitioner having applied for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298, transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County, entered July 1, 2019,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted and the time is extended to September 20, 2019, and
