Holdridge, J., dissents and would grant the writ, finding the trial court abused its discretion by allowing Norbert F. Schexnayder, the expert for Mark Eric Milligan, to testify at trial considering Milligan's flagrant violations of the trial court's pre-trial order, which have prevented the State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation & Development, from properly preparing for trial.
