This suit is consolidated with the suit of State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways v. Hab Monsur Corporation, 301 So.2d 667, (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1974) which we have decided this day.

For the reasons assigned in State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways v. Hab Monsur Corporation, supra, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at plaintiff-appellant's costs.

Affirmed.
