IN MANDAMUS.

It is ordered and adjudged that the demurrer to the petition be, and the same is hereby, overruled upon authority of State, ex rel. Rowlands, v. Industrial Commission, 118 Ohio St. 475.

It is further ordered that defendant be given twenty days to further plead.

Demurrer overruled.
