This case was on the May 20, 2024 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and the key issue is whether petitioner correctly reported income from virtual currency trading for tax year 2020. We continued the case to allow him time to gather substantiation. The parties have exchanged documents, and the cases continues to be on track toward settlement. They ask for a bit more time so it is
