ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial.

On September 21, 2021, the parties filed a motion to dismiss on ground of mootness. In that motion, the parties assert that petitioner's tax liabilities for taxable years 2015 and 2017 have been paid in full and that respondent no longer intends to collect any liabilities for taxable years 2015 and 2017.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion to dismiss on ground of mootness filed September 21, 2021, is granted and this case is dismissed on the ground of mootness.
