ORDER

Before the Court for consideration is Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. #16) filed April 26, 2011. Plaintiff has failed to respond to Defendants' Motion, and in accord with the Local Rules of Practice of this Court thereby consents to the granting of Defendants' Motion. Moreover, it appears from the Order to Show Cause (Doc. #17) issued by Magistrate Judge Foley on May 10, 2011, Plaintiff has also failed to attend a Status Conference regarding the discovery plan which was scheduled for May 10, 2011. Finally, a review of Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. #16) clearly demonstrates that Defendants are entitled to the relief requested on the merits of their motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. #16) is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's Complaint is hereby DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiff Elizabeth Staromana.
