STAR MEDICAL CENTER, LLC, Appellant v. TRITIN MEDICAL DISTRIBUTION, LLC, Appellee

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 296-03362-2019

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Whitehill, and Justice Molberg
Opinion by Chief Justice Burns

This appeal follows the trial court's temporary injunction order. Stating the trial court has dissolved the injunction, appellant has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as moot. Appellee has not filed a response.

An appeal from a temporary injunction order is rendered moot, and must be dismissed, if the injunction is dissolved. See State v. Ruiz Wholesale Co., 901 S.W.2d 772, 775, 778 (Tex. App.—Austin 1995, no writ).

Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See id. at 778.
