Defendant appeals from the district court's division of partnership assets and resolution of plaintiff's gift claim. AFFIRMED.

Defendant appeals from the district court's division of partnership assets and resolution of plaintiff's gift claim. After our de novo review of the record, we agree with and adopt the district court's well-reasoned decision. Accordingly, we affirm pursuant to Iowa Court Rule 21.29(1)( d) and ( e).

AFFIRMED.
