ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before December 17, 2021, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
