ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge.

This case was stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On December 14, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report advising that respondent sent proposed decision documents to petitioner and had not received a response. On December 18, 2023, we directed the parties to file further reports or stipulated decision documents by January 16, 2024. We warned petitioner that if he failed to respond, we may restore this case to the general docket. To date, we have not received a response from either party. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session scheduled to commence on April 22, 2024, at 10:00am in Room 2-1408, 2nd Floor, Burton Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the April 22, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session on January 4, 2024.
