This case was stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, respondent filed a Status Report on November 7, 2022, advising that the parties are "working diligently to resolve this case or narrow the issues for trial" and requesting 30 days to file further status reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case or submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents.
